Inspelat i Iskras repetitionslokal på Södergatan i Stockholm den 19-23 feb. och den 2 april 1975, utom Tarmstadt och Blodstörtning som spelades in inför publik i samband med "Ett minne för livet" på Fasching i Stockholm den 1 juli 1975. "Ett minne för livet" hette en serie konserter som musikgrupperna Iskra, Vargavinter och Spjärnsvallet genomförde i Stockholm sommaren 1975.
[Recorded in Iskra's rehearsal room in Stockholm on February 19-23 and April 2, except "Tarmstadt" and "Blodstörtning" which were recorded live at Jazzclub Fasching on July 1 (as part of the "Ett minne för livet" series of concerts jointly held by the bands Iskra, Vargavinter and Spjärnsvallet in Stockholm during the summer of 1975).]
